The hotel exceeded high expectations. It had a FANTASTIC location.- The staff was fantastically friendly and excellent.Costa D'Ora Holiday Apartments in Gold Coast surpassed all expectations. The location was fantastic, close to the beach, shopping, restaurants, trams. The staff was exceptionally friendly and excellent.

This place is conveniently located within a short walking distance to clubs, restaurants, and food outlets.

The room was updated, bed very clean.

we liked the standard apartment which was fully-equipped with a sofa bed. a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a refrigerator were a huge plus. location: the hotel was near the beach and surfers paradise, restaurants n supermarkets and surfers paradise for a 3 nights stop-over.

The hotel is a great value for the money, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is convenient, with public transport nearby and Surfers Paradise just a short walk away. The rooms are equipped with all the utensils you might need, including a couch for watching TV, and the breakfast is delicious.

Some minor touches were missing E.G. bed side lamp and I ran out of hot water on 2 occasions but everything else was fantastic!

The location was excellent, just steps away from the beach and a short walk to the main attractions. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The in-room washing machine was a bonus. The staff at the hotel were friendly and provided us with helpful local recommendations. They even gave us discount vouchers for nearby restaurants. The pool was small but perfect for cooling off. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a great value stay in a fabulous location.

We loved the location of the hotel, just a short walk from the heart of the city and across the beautiful beach. Additionally, the hotel facilities were impressive such as the pool and barbecue area. We found the staff to be very helpful and accommodating. Finally, the cleanliness of this hotel was excellent.

privacy in the rooms with great car parking - safe and secure

all was OK

Off the main streets. Only 4 blocks south from Surfers township, one block from seaside. One block from Thrifty's where I chose to leave their car. Reasonably quiet. Small complex, but with all the tourist brochures. Office Stayed Open to receive me late (8.30pm). No interference, and easy exit process.

Not a complaint, but was bemused that their superior one bedroom apartment was on the ground floor. This room was not amenable to leave doors, curtains open, because it was in a position where everyone walked passed close by, but on the other hand would be attractive to elderly, disabled access. As a superior room it was very well setup (all kitchen additions-dishwasher,full cutlery and crockery provisions, washing machine and dryer,cleaning equipment) but was quite small for a onebedroom apartment so that if I was a couple we would have been knocking into each other. On the other hand, it was very good for the price.

The hotel offers great value for money with affordable prices. The attention to detail is commendable, as the rooms are equipped with all the utensils one might need for a comfortable stay. The location of the hotel is excellent, with easy access to public transport and everything within walking distance. The hotel staff provide excellent service and are always ready to assist.

No negative aspects to mention, everything was okay.
